By accessing or using our platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The Service provides tools including but not limited to AI image generation, video title generation, thumbnail A/B testing, and keyword research tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and providing accurate and up-to-date information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content, reverse engineer or exploit any part of the system, or interfere with platform performance or security. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Outputs generated by the Service are automated and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, copyright clearance, or performance results. AI-generated content should always be reviewed before publication or distribution.
All platform software, branding, and technology belong to the Company. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
Certain features require payment. By purchasing, you agree that fees are billed in advance, prices may change with notice, and failure to pay may suspend your access. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds may be granted only if the platform is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, or if you were charged incorrectly. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or specific results. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
